Care Fairs

Our Care Fairs are designed as connection-centered community events where you can explore & connect with local provider. We’re here to make finding the right support easier, more human, and a lot more fun.

Why? Because asking for help shouldn’t be so hard or so overwhelming.

Come by, hang out, ask questions, and make it your own. Whether you’re just starting to think about what you might need, currently in it, or navigating life with a baby or toddler, this space is for you.

What To Expect

Offered quarterly, this is more than a meet + greet — it’s an afternoon designed to make connecting a lot more enjoyable.

  • A curated group of perinatal + family-focused providers. You may meet providers like:

    • OB/GYNs & midwives

    • Physical therapists

    • Chiropractors & acupuncturists

    • Perinatal mental health

    • Lactation consultants

    • Birth & postpartum doulas

    • Photographers

    • Sleep consultants

    • Baby + pediatric specialists…and many more!

  • Hydration station to keep you going

  • A free WHS tote bag filled with thoughtful resources + freebies

  • A “passport” raffle to guide you around and spark conversation — and enter you in to win WHS swag!

  • A Kiddo Corner + outdoor activities (weather permitting)

  • A rotating mix of interactive offerings (think photobooth, car seat checks, babywearing support + more)

  • 20-minute “Ask Me Anything” sessions with select providers

  • A $10 drop-in card to come back and try a class

Stop by anytime, stay as long (or short) as you’d like. No sales pitches, no pressure—just genuine conversations, helpful connections, and family friendly fun.

We’re looking for local practitioners who share our values of empathy, inclusivity, and collaboration — essentially folks we’d wholeheartedly recommend to a friend (pun v much intended 😆).

Optional add-ons: 20-minute “Ask Me Anything” session to connect more directly with attendees (+ $25) & practitioner networking event the Friday before the Care Fair (free to attend!).
