About Pre/Postnatal Yoga Classes ⤵
Yoga classes for currently pregnant people in any trimester and postpartum people – any number of months/years. It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) classes are always made to be safe & accessible for those who show up for it.
Pre/Postnatal Yoga: Happy Hips
This class focuses on getting relief for aching & tight hips/low back. Class will begin with gentle strength building and stability/mobility work, building some heat in the muscles to prepare us for more deep, active stretching at the end of class. This combination of strengthening with stretching is meant to help us feel balanced and supported in our bodies, as well as at ease in the mind.We recommend this class for side sleepers (forced or not), runners and walkers, or anyone experiencing hip tightness or low back pain.
Pre/Postnatal Yoga: Candlelight Flow
Set to candlelight, you can expect a gentle and grounded yoga flow with an emphasis on breathwork and meditation. This class is perfect to come down from overstimulation, to help with sleep struggles, or to ease anxiety/stress – it’s also great if you’re just looking for a slower flow to feel more connected, calm, and at ease in body & mind.Pre/Postnatal Yoga: Myofascial Flow
Everyone deserves to have the space to unwind from the physical discomforts of parenting, whether you’re currently expecting or postpartum. Unique to this class are the myofascial release modalities that incorporate tennis balls, foam rollers and other gentle self-massage techniques. This not only provides great stress relief for both body & mind but it is also designed to relax contracted muscles, improve circulation, and help ease specific pains such as swelling, pelvic pain, charlie horses, baby wearing/feeding, of course, low back/shoulder tightness. -
About Pre/Postnatal Fitness Classes ⤵
Fitness classes for currently pregnant people in any trimester and postpartum people – any number of months/years. It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) classes welcome all fitness levels and are always made to be safe & accessible for those who show up for it. No previous experience is necessary.
Pre/Postnatal Fitness: Circuit Strength
For those looking for a higher intensity workout that is both pregnancy & postpartum safe, this class is for you! Our circuit training class starts with a warm up, moves into a series of intervals (timed exercises with timed rest), and ends with a quick cool down stretch. Challenged by using heavier weights, you’ll get a full body workout while in a class setting that is approachable and lots of fun too.Pre/Postnatal Fitness: Pump
Pump is perfect if you’re looking for a fun, low impact, and motivating workout to help you feel strong and empowered during pregnancy & postpartum. Focused on high reps, bodyweight, and precise movements, you can expect a full body workout meant to tone muscles, improve posture and stability, and build cardiovascular endurance. Participants move to the beat of the music in this expertly choreographed class but are also encouraged to take things at their own pace through alternatives and modifications.Pre/Postnatal Fitness: Pilates
Join for a challenging and mindful Pilates mat class. This class focuses on stabilizing core work, pelvic floor awareness, upper body strength, pelvic stabilization, and spinal mobility. Breath work and stretches will also be incorporated to ease back tension, tight hips, and aching feet.Pre/Postnatal Fitness: Pump (Baby Wearing Friendly!)
Pump is perfect if you’re looking for a fun, low impact, and motivating workout to help you feel strong and empowered during pregnancy & postpartum. Focused on high reps, bodyweight, and precise movements, you can expect a full body workout meant to tone muscles, improve posture and stability, and build cardiovascular endurance. Participants move to the beat of the music in this expertly choreographed class but are also encouraged to take things at their own pace through alternatives and modificationsUnique to this class is the option to wear your baby during class! All exercises will have a baby wearing friendly option (though it’s not mandatory to baby wear).

About Prenatal Classes ⤵
Prenatal yoga classes for currently pregnant people in any trimester. It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) classes are always made to be safe & accessible for all prenatal concerns/discomforts and levels of experience.
Prenatal Yoga
Open to all trimesters, Prenatal Yoga focuses on alleviating common pregnancy discomforts, prepping for labor & delivery, and creating community with other expecting people. You can expect to practice breathing exercises, meditations, and a yoga sequence specifically designed to address the many changes of pregnancy, prepare the body & mind for birth, and connect you to your baby and community.

About Postnatal Classes ⤵
It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) classes are always made to be safe & accessible for all types of births, postpartum concerns, and levels of experience. Participants must be cleared by a medical professional for exercise. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks post pregnancy prior to starting any physical activity program.
Nonbirthing parents and caregivers welcome at any Postnatal class. One sign up is good for you and one infant (pre-crawling). Pre-crawling infants are welcome to join you at any (yes, ANY) class.
Postnatal Yoga
Postnatal Yoga incorporates stability (core & trunk) work and a specific yoga flow meant to alleviate postpartum stress and tension (looking at you shoulders, neck and hips). Options for all types of births and postpartum stages will be offered. This time is also meant to create community with other new parents and be a safe space for you to connect back to your own physical and emotional health.Postnatal Yoga: Baby+Me
Baby+Me Yoga is an easy going class made for new parents/caregivers and their infant (pre-crawling). We give our best effort to do a yoga sequence that addresses postpartum concerns & areas of tension while also incorporating opportunities to connect with your little one, such as infant massage, stretching and songs. Mostly this class is meant to be a relaxed space to be able to get out of your house, reground, move, and find empathy with your community.Postnatal Yoga: Core & Pelvic Floor Flow
Unique to this class is the focus on core strength & pelvic floor stability post pregnancy. Join us to connect with other postpartum people while rebuilding strength meant specifically for the many changes and phases of postpartum. Variations of all exercises will be provided, giving you the opportunity to progress at your own pace. Bring that list of PT exercises you haven’t done yet – we’ll check off that box together!Postnatal Yoga: PLUS
Postnatal Plus is an opportunity to reclaim your yoga practice in the next step of your postpartum journey. During class, you can expect a challenging & unique flow that will seamlessly link poses and breath to give you a renewed sense of energy & resilience. Class will then end with restorative stretching & a savasana paired with a meditation or yoga nidra practice to promote deep relaxation and mental/emotional well-being. Leave feeling strong, centered, and able to tackle another day of whatever parenting will throw at you. -
Pre-crawling infants are welcome to join you at any (yes, ANY) Postnatal, Pre/Postnatal Yoga or Pre/Postnatal Fitness classes on the schedule. We also have specific baby + toddler options, too!

Mobile Babies Yoga
This easy going class is meant to provide a space for you to flow through a guided practice while your little one can move freely around the room. What we love about this class is that they get an opportunity to play and interact with other kiddos while you get a chance to fill your cup. Class will focus on stability for the core and trunk as well as chest, shoulder and hip opening. Plus you’ll get the added benefit of toddler assists!Music for Littles
In this special and fun class, we use music and play to facilitate co-regulation and one-on-one bonding with all sorts of activities – group singing, playing instruments, music for relaxation, supporting child development through music, and so much more. You will be guided through the class by a board-certified music therapist and absolutely no musical experience is required of you! Everyone can experience joy in this approachable and adorable class.Recommended for ages 0-3ish.
Toddler Time
Toddler Time is an interactive & fun learning group for kiddos ages 1-3. Each class will include about 30 minutes of a guided “lesson” that includes songs, books, games and hands-on activities, all based around a common theme and meant to foster cognitive development, creativity, social and emotional skills. Class will end with social time during supervised play – giving you the chance to get to know other parents while your kiddo can play in a safe & nurturing environment.Story Time
This story time, led by a pediatric SLP and WHS Mom, will provide a language-rich environment for you to bond with your little one. Finger play songs, nursery rhymes, and books will engage your child while providing an opportunity for their vocabulary to grow and blossom! While your child has fun, parents will also learn techniques to foster language development in the home.Recommended for ages 6 months-3 years. Suggested donation of $5-$15 to join. All Access Members can join for free.
Baby Dance Party
This quarterly class starts with a warm up and then moves through a lightly choreographed dance that is meant to soothe your baby, get you moving, and spark JOY between you, your little, and our community. And, no, you do not need to be good at dancing to join in and have fun. -

A 20-minute circuit-style class focused on strengthening the arms, shoulders, upper back, and chest. Includes functional movement with heavier resistance.Virtual Shorts: Lower Body Circuit
This 20-minute class targets the glutes, hips, hamstrings, and quads using circuit-based strength and stability exercises. Includes both standing and mat-based work.Virtual Shorts: Full Body Circuit
