About Virtual Shorts

When you log in you’ll be greeted & whatever extra props you may need will be announced. Virtual Shorts do not include sharing.
During class the instructor’s screen will be spotlit for you to follow along. Your camera can be off or on, whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Classes may be short but we promise to make the most of your time!

These classes are designed to be easy to do at home — meaning you don’t need much except to just show up! (But we do recommend at least a yoga mat 😆)
Here’s a few suggestions depending on the series you’ve signed up for:
Strength → Free weights of various sizes (or something similar in weight— water bottles, cans, babies 😆). Shoes are up to your discretion.
Yoga → Access to blocks (or something like blocks) & pillows/bolsters/blankets/couch cushions.
What you need for each specific class will be announced as you log in.

Sign up as you normally would for an in person class! You can drop into a single class ($18), use any regular class pack or membership, or get access to each full series for $75 (this includes access to the recordings).
If you're using the Momence App, make sure Livestream is selected in your Locations at the bottom of the classes page (in the grey).

Zoom link will be in your confirmation email when you sign up & also emailed to you about an hour before the start of class. You can also access the Zoom link via your Momence dashboard/profile.
