About Virtual Shorts

  • Our Circuit Strength classes start with a short warm up and then move into a series of intervals (timed exercises with timed rest). If time is available, we'll do a quick cool down stretch.

    Our Prenatal Yoga & Guided Stretch classes are meant to support in muscle recovery, prepare the body/mind for pregnancy & birth, and connect to your breath. These classes may include a savasana or meditation.

  • Zoom link will be in your confirmation email when you sign up & also emailed to you about an hour before the start of class. You can also access the Zoom link via your Momence dashboard/profile.

  • Strength → Free weights of various sizes (or something similar in weight— water bottles, cans, babies 😆) and a yoga mat.

    Shoes are up to your discretion.

    Prenatal Yoga & Stretch → A yoga mat & access to pillows/bolsters/blankets.

    What you need for each specific class will be announced as you log in.

  • Sign up as you normally would for an in person class! You can drop into a single class ($15), use any regular class pack or membership, or join with our Virtual Only Monthly Unlimited pass.

    If you're using the Momence App, make sure Livestream is selected in your Locations at the bottom of the classes page (in the grey).
