What To Expect
Our circuit training classes start with a 2-3 minute warm up and then move into a series of intervals (timed exercises with timed rest) with a specific focus/goal. If time is available, we'll do a quick 1-2 minute cool down.
Since classes are only 20 minutes, they will not include sharing.
What You Need
We recommend having free weights of various sizes (or something similar in weight— water bottles, cans, babies 😆) and a yoga mat available. What you need for class will be announced as you log in.
Shoes are up to your discretion.
How do I sign up?
Sign up as you normally would for an in person class!
If you're using the Momence App, make sure Livestream is selected in your Locations at the bottom of the classes page (in the grey).
Zoom link will be emailed to you ~30 minutes before the start of class. You can also access the Zoom link via your Momence dashboard/profile.
