Care Fairs

Skip the endless Googling — come meet the perinatal pros we’d recommend to a friend.

Each Care Fair brings together trusted providers who support families through every stage — from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. You’ll get to chat one-on-one, ask real questions, and find the kind of care that actually fits your family’s needs.

Each month features a different focus — Birth Doulas, Birth Workers, Postpartum + Baby, Perinatal Clinicians, Toddlers + Kids — so you can meet the right people at the right time. Join as many as you’d like; they’re always free for parents and parents-to-be.

No sales pitches, no pressure — just genuine conversations and helpful connections.

Are you a practitioner interested in applying?

We’re looking for practitioners who share our values of empathy, inclusivity, and collaboration — essentially folks we’d wholeheartedly recommend to a friend (pun v much intended 😆).

Each Care Fair is capped at 8 participants to keep things intimate & personal. If you’re unsure which Care Fair to join, don’t worry! There’s often overlap between categories, and you’re welcome to join more than one, or pick the one that best fits your services or the clients you hope to reach.

It is a sliding scale table fee per fair to join once your application is approved.

Check out who we’re looking for below. More info about what to expect is in the application. We can’t wait to have you!
